Location: Stourbridge or surrounding area
Remuneration: £20,000 - £25,000neg + uncapped commission
The role of the Telesales Executive - Beads & Profiles will involve:

- Telesales position selling a high quality manufactured range of beads & profile products for internal & external wall insulation systems
- Cold Calling and upselling to new and current customers
- Sourcing leads and selling directly in main contractors, sub-contractors, plastering contractors, rendering contractors, installers, homeowners, builders
- Inheriting maintaining and growing a patch currently turning over circa £1m
- Will be required to manage 50 internal key accounts however will be expected to generate new business as well
- Dealing with typical order values of £500 - £25k depending on size and scope

The ideal applicant will be a Telesales Executive - Beads & Profiles with:

- Must have telesales experience, ideally within the construction industry, not essential
- Would consider someone working for a merchants OR in trade counter sales position
- Would consider someone with little experience and train up however equally will consider someone experienced
- Ideally sold to main contractors and sub-contractors, plastering contractors, rendering contractors, installers, homeowners, builders
- Can do resilient attitude
- Target driven and goal orientated
- Genuine career growth opportunity to area sales manager
