National Accounts

Location: National & hybrid working

Reporting to: UK National Accounts Manager, with IT (Salesforce) responsibilities to UK IT Director (DAPUK).

Daikin Applied Service are looking for a National Accounts & Salesforce Supervisor to support our service department processes and manage their Salesforce Application. The role would be based Nationally working across any of our Daikin Applied Service Locations. Initial training will be a combination of remote learning and face to face training in either of our locations in Cramlington & Dartford

You will be predominantly responsible for the administration of our Service Salesforce system and supporting our Key National Accounts and maintenance contract renewals.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Working very closely with our UK Daikin Applied Team IT Director and his team become a trusted advisor on our Salesforce program, participate in any training and certification required to become a system level administrator.
- Core responsibilities include supporting users, managing data, maintaining security standards, and delivering actionable analytics. A Salesforce Administrator’s colleagues can rely on them to:

- Maintain the platform.
- Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce
- Stay current on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates
- Think of Salesforce Administrators as your trusted advisors on all things Salesforce. They are a vital bridge between business and technology.
- Working with our current IFS specialists within J&E Hall assist with the integration of the new IFS system and Salesforce, Working closely and supporting our existing Salesforce Super User develop the ongoing partnership with Business Central (Service Module) and Sales Force.
- Co-ordinate National Service accounts including scheduling maintenance visits and invoicing.
- Manage the National account customer rebate scheme and provide monthly reports.
- Manage the maintenance contract renewal process with the existing team.
- Provide training and onboarding for all new DAPS employees in the use and operation of Salesforce.
- Overall management of the DOS monitoring facility based in Dartfordoffice
- Manage the on board Service vehicle tracking system and reconcile the tracker reports with the hours entered into the Sales Force tablet system.
- Monitor and manage the licenses for our Insphire rental software package, provide assistance on the software to the rental manager where necessary.

- An in-depth knowledge of CRM systems and computer based technician scheduling
- Training will be given on our Sales force program as required to carry out the role, however prior experience and some progression on the Salesforce Trailhead program would be an advantage.

- A passion for new technology and learning new skills.

**Required Experience/education.**
- Experience working with a mobile technician team and associated CRM scheduling.
- Ability & willingness to travel frequently to other UK office locations & essential customer meetings as dictated by the UK National Accounts Manager & other senior Directors.
- Salesforce experience would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided, current progression on the trailhead pathway would be seen as a good step towards the Sales Force administrator qualification.
- Previous experience working with complex computer data systems.
