Fitters Mate

Clear Home Improvements Ltd is a leading local installer of conservatories, doors, double-glazed windows, flat roofs, and roofline finishing. Our team is focused on high quality workmanship, attention to detail and great customer service. Based in Launceston, we cover Cornwall, and North and West Devon.

We are now looking for a Fitters' Mate to join the team.

**Main Responsibilities**

As a Fitter's Mate you will be part of a small team installing uPVC and aluminium windows/doors, flat/warm roof systems, roofline finishing, conservatories and other glazing elements - from the beginning of installation to completion.

You will provide effective communication with customers, colleagues and other relevant personnel.

**As a Fitters' mate you will**:
Be an efficient problem-solver, with good communication and planning skills, the ability to show initiative.

Be willing to learn new skills and take direction.

Demonstrate a positive work ethic and high standards of work.

Hold a full UK Driving License.

Experience in the construction sector or having worked on site is beneficial.
