Treasury Supervisor

**About The Role**:
**Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily UK and US payment runs for the AP and Treasury teams
- Update and interrogate daily UK cashflow forecasts
- Manage and oversee a department of 2 people, who cover the below tasks

**Banking**:

- Upload customer payments into ERP
- Issue cheque books to customer service
- Issue petty cash and manual cheques as required in line with policy
- Post DDR and STO’s to ERP
- Responsible for ensuring showrooms bank in line with policy, escalating if not
- Responsible for i.bankings mailbox

**Consumer Finance**:

- Administer back office consumer finance processes
- Identify where systems are not aligned and contact the showroom
- Identify where the incorrect finance product has been offered to the customer contact the showroom
- Daily cash claim from finance company
- Responsible for i.finance mailbox

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

**About You**:
**Desired Skills and Knowledge**:

- Experience of recognised ERP system. Preferably IFS
- Pro-active approach
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to clearly communicate in a professional manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal effectively with both colleagues and suppliers
- A lasting commitment to 'doing the job right’ and challenging the status quo
