We are looking for **Bar Staff** _to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manor._ _To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the bar areas as a whole._

**About the role**:
**Main tasks and duties**
- To adhere to company’s health and safety policies;
- To maintain and operate the bar area in an efficient manner;
- Excellent customer service
- To dispense drinks to customers and waiting staff;
- To serve food in an efficient manner to the customers
- To operate the cash till according to procedures;
- To document any rooM/Folio charges according to procedures;
- To replenish stock as when required to do so;
- To ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained;
- To promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly and helpful manner;
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance;
- To ensure effective communication to management and peers;
- To attend training courses as and when necessary;
- To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, residents, customers and any other persons on the premises;
- Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, fire, loss or damage;
- To report all maintenance issues and take appropriate action;
- Setting up & closing rooms for weddings/functions & general hotel use;
Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.

What you will need

Required criteria
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Good Command of English Language
- Must have a professional appearance
- Need transportation due to location
- Must have 1 Yrs previous bar experience gained in a quality hotel/bar
