Job Title:Amazon Store Manager

Gemms and co is online jewelry company, committed to delivering exquisite and unique pieces to our customers. We have successfully established our presence on platforms like Shopify, Instagram, and TikTok. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding to Amazon and seeking a talented and experienced Amazon Store Manager to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Amazon Store Setup:
- Create and set up a professional and visually appealing Amazon store that aligns with our brand identity.
- Optimize product listings with compelling copy, high-quality images, and relevant keywords for maximum visibility.
2. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels on Amazon to ensure products are in stock and available for customers.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize overstock or stockouts.
3. Optimization and Performance:
- Regularly analyze performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer reviews, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance product rankings and increase sales conversion rates.
4. Marketing and Promotions:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements on the Amazon platform to drive traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
5. Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews on the Amazon platform.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns.
6. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Amazon policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for adapting strategies based on market changes.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience managing Amazon stores for e-commerce businesses.
2. Strong understanding of Amazon algorithms, SEO, and marketplace dynamics.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Familiarity with jewelry or fashion retail is a plus.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
**Salary**: £30,685.02-£40,102.42 per year
