We are Hampton & Vouis, a brunch kitchen and coffee house in the centre of Manchester, focusing on Mediterranean inspired brunch, speciality coffee and lots of cake We are located next to St. Peters square/Town Hall right in the heart of Manchester.

We are expanding with our second site opening this spring, so lots of opportunities to progress further within the company.

Our food and drink offering is of a high standard and we expect the barista to take control of everything coffee related. Including working directly with our coffee partners.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, confident, bubbly, team player to join our little family, who can work independently and has excellent customer service skills.

Proven fast paced Barista experience in a cafe/restaurant environment and latte art is essential.

The role will involve making all barista coffee drinks but will also include serving customers, using a POS till, bringing food out to customers, keeping the front of house clean and under control. You must be able to work quick and under pressure and use your own initiative. We are looking for someone who is very friendly and welcoming.

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.44 per hour
