An exciting opportunity has arisen for **Bank Temporary Staffing Administrator Band 3 **within Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to support with the managing of the bank helpdesk

This role will provide pro-active support to the temporary staffing team, especially in assisting with dealing with bank payroll queries and the cause for concerns process.
Produce detailed management information reports as well as help maintain the system on a day to day basis, with assistance from the temporary staffing team.

**Main duties of the job**:
*Working with little supervision for day to day work
*Support the delivery of temporary staffing and the on-going systems administration needed across the Trust
*Send out notices of meetings and the supporting documentation as required.
*To be responsible and accountable for receiving and acting upon requests to supply temporary workers as required to the directorates of the Trust
*Participate in the cover of the temporary staffing service over a seven day period
*Take action points and/or minutes at meetings as required. *To support health roster users with ‘health roster’ system administration.
*This role will provide pro-active support to the temporary staffing team, ward managers & other systems users and respond to requests for assistance.
*Produce detailed management information reports as well as help maintain the system on a day to day basis, with assistance from the temporary staffing team.
*To assist in the cover of temporary staffing across the Trust over a seven day period

Essential criteria:
GCSE English Language, Grade C or above ( or equivalent)
Previous Experience Working In a temporary staffing environment
Flexible Working Hours
Desirable criteria:
Previous Experience with Heath Roster Software
**Experience**:
Essential criteria:
Experience relating to working with an administration environment
Desirable criteria:
A Good understanding of MS office

**Salary**: £21,730.00-£23,177.00 per year
