**Location**: Lutterworth

**Salary**: £45,000 - £50,000 + uncapped commission and benefits.

**Summary**:
We are representing a leading supplier of innovative temperature management products and solutions into a range of industries including electronics, industrial, automotive and medical.

They are a small operation in the UK but very successful and highly profitable and as they continue to grow, they are now looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to take on the relationship with a number of their leading accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Nurture and develop the relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing revenue streams and look for opportunities to continue to grow account spend.
- Look for opportunities to develop new business around existing accounts.
- Interpret customer requirements and develop suitable tailored solutions and proposals to meet their needs.
- Conduct detailed cost assessments and present quotations to the customer and ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately.
- Assist with trade shows and exhibitions globally.

Key Skills/Experience:

- Have a number of years working within a key account management role preferably with customers in the Electronics industry.
- Be comfortable managing all stages of the sales cycle and have excellent negotiation skills.
- Be able to track and win opportunities with end users, OEMs, integrators and contract manufacturers.
- Have a detailed understanding of quotations and sales requirements and conversions within the Electronics marketplace.
- Be able to work autonomously and travel globally when required to do so.
