Interim Head of Finance Business Partnering

A leading organisation, based in Bradford, seeks an Interim Head of Finance Business Partnering for initially 6 months.
The role will oversee the provision of a high-quality financial management and reporting service to the business and be the primary link for the business. You will manage a team of Senior Finance Business Partners in the delivery of a range of financial performanceand reporting services.
*Be a fully CCAB Qualified Accountant
*Have strong technical knowledge (FRS102), including current financial and accounting developments
*Understand core financial business processes, including, budget setting, budget monitoring, reporting (including Annual Statutory Reporting)
*Understand the business planning process
*Challenge the status quo and be able to engage with a wide range of senior stakeholders, internally and externally.
*Have experience of working at a senior level in the finance function of a complex organisation.
*Be able to lead, by example, a team and provide support, direction, and development in the delivery of a quality service
*Have experience of working with non-financial teams to promote best financial working practices through collaborative working
*Preferably have experience of Open Accounts general ledger system including budgeting module
This is a great opportunity to join a very well-respected team and is due to start March/April. The role could lead to a longer-term opportunity (potentially permanent) if all goes well.
