**The Role**

We are seeking a Social Media Intern to join H&B on a 6 month FTC, playing a vital role in supporting our social media and influencer presence across UK and Ireland. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in social media marketing and influencers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Social media management_**
- Assist the social media manager with creating engaging social-first content calendars for UK and ROI
- Support with the development of social media campaigns
- Lead the weekly trend process for social
- Monitor community engagement opportunities and respond to messages
- Collaborate with cross-marketing teams
- Help track and analyse social media metrics

**_Influencer managemen_**_t_**_ support_**
- Assist the senior social media executive with H&B's micro-gifting influencer programme
- Support with the briefing process of influencers
- Own the process of getting products to influencers
- Help track and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns

**_Agency support and coordination_**
- Day-to-day liaison with various agencies
- Ensure agencies have access to all relevant information and materials

**_TikTok Shop support_**
- Assist with the day-to-day management of TikTok Shop
- Support H&B's Shop affiliates
- Liaise with TikTok Shop agency on content approvals and paid campaigns
- Work with regulatory team for approval across all TikTok Shop material

**Location**:Based in Nuneaton, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.

**The Person**
- Strong interest in social media management and influencers
- Solid writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of reporting and presentation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for health and wellness
