Dandara Living is recruiting a Residential Lettings Associate to join our centralised residential lettings team at our prestigious build-to-rent headquarters in Altrincham.

**What you will do**
- Qualification of leads to set standards
- Booking viewings for the individual sites
- Being organised and managing set workloads, prioritise effectively
- Researching competition
- Portal updates
- Ensuring customer service and business standards are met
- Ensuring accuracy of data entry and database management
- Work well with deadlines and targets

**What you will have**

**Desired**
- Previous leasing experience
- Experience in database or booking systems

**Essential**
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Office
