Are you an experienced Senior Registered Nurse or Allied Healthcare Professional looking for a new challenge where you can flourish in your career as you deliver nothing less than great healthcare?
Join the team as Residential Service Lead at Bradley Complex Care, a specialist service for men and women living with complex needs who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue or personality disorder.
You will work 37.5 hours a week as you provide operational and clinical leadership to the team. This will see you advise, support and educate nurses in their areas of clinical practice and set standards for the nursing and support team.
As the Residential Service Lead, you will ensure all systems are designed, implemented and monitored to ensure both efficient financial and clinical performance in the nursing department, including overseeing resources and budgets.
You will provide overall leadership to the team, which will see you provide supervisions for Nurses and Senior Support Workers, and promote and encourage training and CPD opportunities for all clinical staff.
When you are not providing clinical support, you will support the service with their Quality Improvement Strategy on the residential services business plan and recruitment and retention strategies.
- *You will be required to support and participate in the region on-call service._
**Other responsibilities**:
- Maintain high profile leadership in areas of clinical governance
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Liaison with internal professionals including direct reporting to the Hospital Director
- Support the implementation of Clinical Audit Programmes
- Assist in Employee Relations tasks including investigations, disciplinary, performance management and absence management
**To be successful as a Residential Service Lead, you’ll need**:
- Post Graduate qualification at degree level relevant to healthcare
- Management qualification (DMS or equivalent preferred)
- Presentation and leadership skills
- Workforce and organisational planning
- Knowledge of Learning Disability pathways, CTR processes.
- Registered Nurse RNLD RMN/RMNH/RGN or AHP
- 5 years post qualification experience
- Managerial and supervisory experience
