You'll be working for CTD Tiles in Harrogate. CTD Tiles is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK. At CTD Tiles we aim to fulfil your needs when it comes to your tiling requirements. From bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles, wall and floortiles, ceramic tiles, and porcelain tiles, we have it all. **What will I be doing in the role?**
Our Branch Assistant/Drivers are very important to the smooth running of the business. Their role is important to help ensure products are where they need to be on time, in perfect condition. As well as working with our customers to ensure they are receivingthe best customer experience and always working with the customers' needs at the forefront. To support our customers to succeed you will;
- Deal with a range of customers face to face and over the phone, always offering exceptional customer service even when under pressure.
- Guiding and influencing customers with expert product knowledge.
- Ensure showroom displays are accurate, current, clean & tidy
- Carry out all cash transactions, refunds and till processes
- Pick items to fulfill customer orders
- Ensure that returns are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner
- Demonstrate flexibility and team-working in order to improve efficiency
- Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area
- Pick goods for outgoing orders and placing in loading bay.
- Prepare for and carry out regular stock takes
- Operate Manual Handling Equipment.
- Willingly undertake general housekeeping duties.
