**The Role**: We are looking for an energetic and passionate football coach who is committed to making a difference in the lives of young players. You will be coaching at one of our a range of our academies in Mitcham and Wimbledon.

Your role will be to inspire, motivate, and develop children **aged 4-12**, creating an engaging and supportive environment where every child can flourish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-energy, fun, and structured coaching sessions for children aged 4-12.
- Develop players' skills, confidence, and love for the game in a safe, supportive environment.
- Work closely with other coaches to deliver pre-planned sessions that align with our academy's delivery framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, fostering a sense of community within our academy.
- Monitor and assess player development, providing feedback and encouragement.
- Ensure all sessions adhere to our health and safety standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passionate football coach with a genuine love for working with children.
- Outstanding **time managemen**t skills
- **Reliable** and willing to learn and grow
- Previous **coaching experience **with children aged 4-12 is preferred.
- Strong **communication** and interpersonal skills, able to engage and motivate young players.
- Energetic, positive, and committed to delivering the best experience for our players.
- Based in South London and willing to travel to Mitcham, Wimbledon.
- FA Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification is desirable but not essential. We value passion and experience working with children

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Football coaching: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- And clean DBS? (preferred)
