You will be first point of contact for Fee Earners and shall enable them to complete their work by ensuring a smooth workflow, this may mean utilising Administrative Assistants and Document Production. You shall assume overall responsibility and accountabilityto ensure all work is completed timeously to a very high standard.
This is a fast paced role with a huge amount of variety including, diary management, billing related tasks, populating and updating spreadsheets, answering client enquires, managing diaries, arranging meetings, arranging travel and minute taking.
