We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker within a Locality Team for Ealing Council. Our client has a well-structured and organised team that are looking to grow their current staffing levels. The role has a supportive team culture with regularsupervision on cases from management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive team.Main duties include:Producing Court Reports Attending LAC Reviews, Care Conferences and Child Protection Meetings Working with Public Law Outline(PLO) Section 47 Assessments Core Assessments Managing a varied caseload including; Child Protection, Looked After Children and Complex Children in Need Managing a high caseload Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files Supporting junior members of theteamTo be successful:For this role you will need to be a Qualified Social Worker with a HCPC Registration and educated to Degree Level IE: DIPSW, BA Hons, BSc SW, master's SW. The client requests that the worker will have significant Court Experience and canwork with a full caseload.
