We're looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to work for our client, the world's largest independent soft drinks manufacturer. You would play a key role leading the maintenance team at the company's Bridgwater facility.
The role will suit an influential team leader / supervisor with demonstrable experience of engineering management in a food / FMCG business, leading and coaching engineering technicians, with a track record of delivering performance improvement and cost reduction.
Basic salary circa £50,000, with fantastic benefits package including

**Please note**: This is a full-time permanent role with 24/7 shift pattern; 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern including days and nights, 12 hour shifts.
**The Role**
As the Engineering Team Leader you'll work closely with the Production Team Leaders and Managers and will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Bridgwater engineering team, supervising and coordinating the provision of a high-qualityengineering service across the production environment. You would play a lead role in the delivery of site maintenance strategy, developing and instilling a culture of continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence throughout the site.
- In addition, it's essential that you possess the following:

- A HNC or higher in an engineering discipline
- Mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience managing, coaching and developing engineering talent
- Strong IT skills will be required
This position could be right for you if you want to work as any of the following: Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Production Team Leader, Maintenance Manager.
