**The Role**
Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a growing niche IT software business with their search for a Client Support Executive.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business which offers progression and development.
The role will be remote working, however, there will travel involved to visit clients (a company care or car allowance will be provided)
**Duties**:
Providing an excellent standard of software training
- Supporting existing clients with software use
- Assisting with installation and data migration
- Attending technical meetings and creating client specific programmes of work
- Responding to software users’ feedback, relaying to the appropriate wider team
- The position requires duties to be carried out both remotely from home and on-site at customers premises dependent upon client requirements.
- The position will involve travel within the UK with initial training being carried out within the UK and Europe.
- Overnight stays away will be required.

- Excellent communication skills, attentive listening, client focussed
- Enthusiasm for learning whilst understanding own limitations
- Conscientiousness and diligence in performing duties (confidence in seeking additional assistance)
- Self driven
- Accountability and personal integrity within a small, supportive and friendly team
- Must be patient, honest, personable and professional
- Full UK driving licence
