**Personal Assistant Required - Wanted Immediately**

Funeral Safe Ltd are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support to a team of Directors. The applicant will be responsible for:
**Duties**
- Diary management - set up and confirm meetings and events
- Greeting and managing visitors
- Booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments and lunches as required
- Attending meetings to record minutes
- To be responsible for arranging travel and accommodation
- To be responsible for opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence
- To be responsible for the holiday chart and birthdays for the overall office team
- To assist with general office duties as required
- Run daily errands
- Help where necessary other office team members
- Printing and posting daily letters
- Ordering of office supplies
- Filing

**Skills and Experience**
- Secretarial experience necessary
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Attention to detail and be well organised
- Good telephone manner
- Be punctual and reliable
- Work in a team environment

**Hours and Salary**

25 hours p/w over 5 working days at £23k pro rata.
