We pride ourselves on our centres being spick and span, and we need your help to keep this up

Our Maintenance/Facilities team are the crucial to the upkeep of our centre’s, ensuring equipment is fully functioning, repairs are quickly resolved, and facilities are maintained to the standards that we are committed to delivering to our customers to ensure a seamless, safe and fun experience, every time

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Identifying faults/repairs throughout the site, resolving and fixing them
- Decoration e.g. painting touch ups and freshen ups
- General maintenance of building issues e.g. damaged and broken assets
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, systems, and buildings
- Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests
- Ensure safety standards are maintained and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with minor renovations or improvements when required
- Working with the Team Leader on bowling related repairs (we will train you, don’t worry)

**To be a successful Facilities Team Member, we’ll want to see**:

- Experience in maintenance or a related field (desirable, not essential)
- Knowledge of DIY, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance techniques is a bonus
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Great customer service, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Dynamic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, supportive, and a team player
