In the role of **Site Operations Supervisor** you will ensure that all site operations and processes are conducted effectively, efficiently, safely and profitably. To ensure equipment and machinery associated with the site is installed, commissioned and maintained in compliance with various regulations

**Specific job tasks and activities**
- Document internal procedures and risk assessments which reflect the operations manuals and site needs for each item of equipment, and ensure operators adhere to those process requirements.
- Supervising staff to maximise productivity.
- Ensure the standards of health and safety, COSHH, productivity, administration, housekeeping and hygiene are maintained to the company’s standards.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that will improve the levels of operation within the workshop and all processes.
- Ensure Team Leaders manage and deal with staff in an appropriate manner.
- Maintain records of process throughput and efficiency, and stock levels. Report weekly to General Manager.

**Qualifications and experience**
- **Mandatory**_
- Experience in management of people
- Able to travel on occasion to other Wiser sites for training and meetings
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and safe systems to work
- **Desired**_
- H&S qualification to at least IOSH level although this can be given
- An understanding of the recycling industry
- Change management experience/qualification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
