We are Chapter 2 - A rapidy scaling Talent Aquisition and Employerr Branding consultancy based in London, and we're looking for our first Team Coordinator to work alongside our Head of People and focus on all things HR, People and Culture within our thriving business.

**What you’ll do**:
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a company-wide impact, being responsible for supporting HR processes and procedures.
- You will think creatively about how we hire, onboard and retain top talent, as a true partner to the internal People and Culture team members at Chapter 2.
- You will be an ambassador for the Chapter 2 culture.
- As first port of call for all Chapter 2 employees, you will be on hand to answer questions about holidays, townhalls all the way through to what roles are being recruited for and which new starters are joining. Your collaboration and engagement skills will be a true example of what we encourage throughout the organisation and with our clients.
- You will own HR recruitment processes.
- You will have a hand in drafting contracts, maintaining our HR systems such as Bamboo HR, assigning benefits and managing the end to end onboarding process - with the opportunity to be creative with all of the above - we welcome your suggestions
- You will be involved in strategic recruitment projects.

**Who you are**:

- You will be passionate about all things people and culture and be experienced at HR administration looking for your next step as an HR generalist, or to hone your recruitment skills within a wider HR context.
- At least 1 year experience, preferably within a fast-paced company supporting the HR / People function.
- Strong organisational skills, as diary management, events planning, team coordination will be involved.
- A team player and the ability to work well with a wide range of people.
- An interest in recruitment and learning how to source the best people to work alongside you.
- Experience with general office management and willingness to work this as a hybrid role, as we would like someone to be in the office to welcome new starters on their first day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
