An interim opportunity has arisen for a reward consultant to join a stellar financial services business based in the heart of London. You will benefit from agile working and flexibility, a competitive day rate, and the ability to take lead in executive anddirector-level compensation work. You will be given the sole responsibility for the design and facilitation of complex compensation packages for current and inbound executives, as well as regulatory preparations, the DRR, and RemCo.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the formulation of the Directors' Remuneration Report and the annual meeting preparations, as well as the compilation of Remuneration Committee materials.
- To take lead on Group Reward initiatives while maintaining an optimal and effective compensation strategy across the wider business, guaranteeing high levels of performance, synergy at the business level, and adherence to appropriate governance at the corporatelevel and regulatory standards.
- Build rapport within the reward community, offer guidance, and give suggestions on compensation issues throughout the Group in order to promote and enable the sharing of ideas and industry standards.
- As required, assist with and complete impromptu projects for the Corporate Reward team.
- Provide and interpret market data; offer suggestions on the valuation and design of packages for the directors and executive population.
