An independent creative software house based in Bristol is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their growing business and establish the creative design department within the business. You will be working autonomously, being able to implement your own waysof working and preferred software and tools. The UX/UI Designer in the business with be responsible for all the creative design for the company.
UX/UI Designer Role & Responsibilities:
*Work with other staff members is running client workshops to understand their needs.
*Run user research sessions and interview end users
*Create interactive wireframes, aligning client needs to the product stack
*Productising and modularizing existing wireframe components to represent the structure of our product and reduce overheads.
*Work with the Business Analysts and Solutions Architects within the business.
UX/UI Designer Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
*Existing UX/UI Design experience in an autonomous role or lead position. You will want to take the next step in your career carving out a role with ownership.
*Ability to design end-to-end user experience
*Be driven by delivering high quality products and solving problems
UX/UI Designer Benefits Package:
