**Job Title: Electrical Supervisor**

**What will I be doing in this role?**
Our** Site Technicians** supervise the people on the front line of our organisation and play a key role in connecting, sustaining and renewing critical infrastructure across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will control multiple work sites, managing all aspects of the on-site from concept to completion to deliver on a wide range of electrical projects, on time, to a budget and at all time safely.
Due to the range of locations you will be working at, no two days will be the same however some of your role will involve;
- The day to day running of the site to ensuring each project is run to the high standards Enerveo expect, adhering to all processes and policies. Ensuring that each project is properly planned so that materials and resources are available and used to the betterment of the project.
- Set out jobs from drawings and specifications and establish the requirements of a project and requisition the necessary installation materials and ensure compliance and test systems.
- Accept responsibility for the proper completion of jobs and if required, supervise other operatives as well as liaising with Clients, Sub Contractors and Suppliers when necessary.
- Managing your own workload, and that of our teams, and Sub Contractors to ensure that customer commitments are met in a fast paced environment.
- You will use your excellent people skills to ensure that our clients are happy with the services provided.
- Ensure the profitability of the project is maintained and costs minimised.
- Commission and Test Electrical systems & equipment, issue relevant certification as required.
- Where appropriate, undertake day-to-day on-job training of Apprentices, Adult Trainees and others.
- Carry out electrical installation and/or servicing & maintenance work without immediate supervision in a safe, efficient and economical manner in accordance with the current edition of BS: 7671, Construction Industry Safety Regulations, and Enerveo Policies and Procedures.
**What do I need to be successful in the role?**:
- You will need to be able to prove your skills and ability to manage various styles and types of work site
- You will have completed a registered apprenticeship or equivalent method of training and have had adequate practical training in electrical installation and/or servicing & maintenance work.
- You are qualified to NVQ level 3 and can demonstrate a detailed undersetting of electrical systems operating principles
- SMSTS or SSSTS Training are a requirement and any other safety training would be advantageous
- City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing would be an advantage, as would IPAF/PASMA certificates
- You are able to lead and motivate a diverse team and enjoy getting results and delivering quality projects to clients
- Due to the locations of the properties we cover, you must hold a full driving licence
