**The role: Client Executive**

- The Client Executive will work within a highly skilled team that specialises in managing a portfolio of existing accounts.

**We will count on you to**:

- Manage a book of your own Management Liability clients, working directly with the client and/or in collaboration with Corporate colleagues managing the wider relationship and other lines of insurance
- Work closely with Corporate colleagues to provide oversight, guidance and support when they are placing risks onto the Marsh Management Liability facility
- Understand the clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs and provide advice accordingly to successfully serve clients
- Advise clients on coverage queries and executing mid-term programme amendments
- Work with the team to seek growth opportunities and subsequently win new business
- Assist in presentations to existing and prospective clients and suggest innovative solutions

**What you need to have**:

- Excellent communication skills - both written (tenders, reports, presentations) and verbal (client meetings, colleague meetings and delivery of tenders and presentations)
- Proven organisation abilities and ability to multi-task
- Diligence, accuracy and ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
- A problem solving mentality - clients will occasionally present a challenge to us at the 11th hour and our team must always find a way to address it
- Pride in maintaining the highest professional standards and appetite to challenge the status quo to ensure we deliver best possible outcomes for our clients
