Supervisor/sales Assistant

We run an award winning convenience store in Ancoats and are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to be part of our team.

As a supervisor you will be expected to
- Deputise for the Manager in his absence.
- Organise the stores rota to ensure the site in manned and within budgeted hours.
- Build a culture of outstanding customer service and store standards.
- Lead the team, ensure all training is up to date and help those who may need extra support.
- Stock Management
- set the standards with stock rotation. Order stock, enter deliveries onto the system and assist with stock counts.

Experience in retail and supervisory roles would be advantageous.

We are keen to find teamwork and flexibility among our potential work force.

Hourly rates are competitive and will be based on experience.

**Salary**: £10.00-£10.25 per hour
