We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Head of Transformation supporting our Commercial Partnerships Function, within Group Operations.

**The role**

Working a cross functional team of client and consultants, own and lead on the overarching programme plan for the Commercial Partnership transformation. Develop and implement clear business operating model for commercial partnerships aligned to wider Transformation. Lead governance across the programme, aligning with consulting team. Proactively work with the commercial partnerships leadership team to agree and deliver plans to develop the relationships, aligned to key target areas, focusing on both the operational and strategic nature of the relationships and desired business outcomes. (as designed in the programme). Build a progressive and positive environment across internal stakeholders to progress strategic partnering. Lead on risk management for the programme - ensure all risks are effectively managed. Ensure programme is resourced correctly, to enable right pace of delivery. Manage all budgets for programme - aligning to the leadership team within Commercial Partnerships.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong experience of working as a senior Programme leader across business driven programmes with multi-disciplinary teams, with significant budget.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable negotiation skills and experience.
- Demonstrable contract experience and third party management skills, combined with strong knowledge and experience of outsourcing and supplier management.
- Be self-starting, results and outcome oriented, focused on driving projects forward, keeping your project team and stakeholders, engaged along the way
- Effective at driving governance, process and content delivery. Getting close enough to the detail to ensure that projects consistently deliver successfully
- Be PRINCE2 (foundation) qualified (or equivalent)
