As a Governance Data Administrator at Practice Plus Group, will administer the production of the monthly performance report adding value to the finished product. This will be achieved through clear analysis and presentation of data, knowledge of Practice PlusGroup services and the ability to work with operational managers to ensure that data is presented and summarised in a clear and concise manner.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritisea busy workload.
**This role is a Fixed Term contract for maternity cover for 1 year. **This post will be 3 days a week 9-5 based from home with some travel to sites and offices when required. Even though this is a working from home role, the induction will beconducted face to face in either our Reading or Dorking office.
**Start date for this role is Monday 5th September**
- A minimum of Grade C or above in GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent.
- Experience of interpreting and analysing complex data and measuring the level of data quality.
- Excellent computer skills including advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Ability to influence and interact with people at varying levels.
- Excellent analytical and numeric skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in matrix structure across a range of services and geographical locations.
- Ability to influence others to follow a particular action/policy/procedure.
- Able to provide advice and information in a polite and courteous manner.
- Ability to complete tasks to deadlines and to a specified standard.
- Ability to be flexible in approach to work.
- Highly organised.
- Willing to travel to Practice Plus Group offices and sites as required.
