Our client, who is based within the public sector, have an urgent requirement for an HR Business Partner. This is a temporary requirement, with a pay rate of £18.17 per hour and hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
**The main responsibilities of this role will be**:

- Support the Project Lead to coordinate project activity and enable delivery of project milestones, so that the project achieves all outcomes
- Provide project team members to lead directorate project workstreams
- Attend project and workstream team meetings to add value by sharing best practice, challenging thinking, and enabling creative solutions
- Role model project management ways of working, coaching project and workstream teams to enable visibility of progress
- Support the design of consistent and streamlined people processes
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to enable the integration of project to BAU processes
- Support the communication of the project progress to key stakeholders utilising project insight and data
- Requirement for a Generalist / ER focussed HRBP background
- able to use initiative and prioritise effectively
- Work well as part a busy and fast paced team
- Provide a high-quality customer service
