**Pay: £** **22,425.00 per year + on-call at an additional rate. Mileage = 40p per mile.**

**Location: Southampton, Romsey and the surrounding areas.**

**Working hours between: 7 am -3 pm and 4 pm
- 10 pm shifts and every other weekend.**

**Type of work: Full-Time/ Permanent/ Contract**

**Must have a full driving license and access to own transport**

As a **Senior Care Assistant** at All Care, you'll look after the different needs of our clients to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.

As a **Senior Care Assistant**, you are required to travel to the customer's own home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and the client. The type of support that you can expect to be providing is no different from what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing personal care, food/fluid preparation, medication prompts, or domestic/shopping tasks.

**ABOUT YOU**

You should have an NVQ Level 2 (working toward level 3) or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each client individualised care and support You'll have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, so there's no limit to how far you can go with us. Many of our Senior Carer Assistants progress into Field Care Supervisor or a Care Coordinator roles.
