Credit Controller - 8 month FTC - Property Industry
**Salary**: £35,000 - £37,000
Location: City, London
Hybrid: Yes - 2 days in the office
We are partnering with one of the UK's largest landlords with a diverse portfolio of thousands of properties across the UK. Comprising of offices, shops, restaurants, leisure, and light industrial units, they are committed to creating both innovative andfunctional space across their estate within which their tenants can thrive.
At this exciting time, they are now looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a fixed term contract to look after the end-to-end credit control function, ensuring debt collection processes are adhered to.
Main responsibilities and requirements:
- Responsible for the credit control function of the business, ensuring agreed debt collection processes are adhered to.
- Assist in resolution of queries from customers, following up on outstanding balances and ensuring the ledgers are accurately maintained.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and posting of customer remittances to the ledger.
- Provide AR reporting, including input to cash flow and ensure cash flow is maintained for remittances.
- Ensure detailed notes of customer contacts and status re debt is maintained
- Ad-hoc reporting and other duties as required to support the finance team as and when required.
- Excel skills to VLU's and pivot tables
- Previous experience working within the property industry preferred
