**Interim Project Accountant**

Interim Project Accountant required for an immediate start in Barlborough. The interim Project Accountant will work alongside the new Head of Finance to support him in his role, updating reporting and stabilising the new SAP ERP post going live. The interimProject Accountant will cover 2 legal entities and will support on month end and year end if required. This is a full time position (ideally), to start immediately, and be paid direct by the business.

All applicants for the Project Accountant position must be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/ICAEW)

The interim Project Accountant will:

- Have professional and personnel management of Finance and Controlling
- Control accounting processes: security, completeness, general improvements
- Enhancement and update reporting
- Support in stabilizing new SAP ERP which has been implemented
- Develop forecasting tools for cashflow and company forecasting file
- Develop process flows and maps
- Support the Head of Finance with month end activities if required
- Support with Year end reporting if required

The successful interim Project Accountant will:

- Have proven years of experience in (industrial) accounting and possibly personal administration at senior level
- Be fully Qualified; (ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/ICAEW)
- Have good commercial and business awareness
- Have excellent problem solving and management skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure, assertiveness, loyal, able to deal with conflicts, efficient work ethic
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be competent on MS Office and have ERP experience

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Project Accountant, with an extensive accountancy skill set, who can bring something extra to the table, commit to c. 3+ months work, to support and aid the new FD. Salary (FTE) up to £55,000, paid monthlythrough the client. This position will be office based.
