Chemical Packer

Molekula is a leading internationally based chemical supplier and producer of research and bulk chemicals. Serving a global market, with sites in EU, China, and USA, the head office is based in the UK at Darlington.

Reporting to the Laboratory manager, the company is seeking a highly motivated individual to repack chemical products.

You will work closely with both stock control and laboratory teams to ensure speedy and accurate order fulfilment.

The range of products is wide, and covers hazardous materials handling, you would benefit from having a knowledge of chemistry, or previous chemical handling

The role requires attention to detail, working to tight deadlines.

The role is physically demanding.

41.5 hours per week 07:45-16:45 Mon-Thu - 15:45 Fri

Beneficial skills
- Previous experience of working within a chemical environment is advantageous; however, this is not a pre-requisite as full training will be given
- Good verbal, numeral and literacy skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Capable of working as an individual and team player.
- Manual handling training.
- Working in PPE.
- Familiarity with material safety data sheets.
