**About Us**
We’re now looking for a Senior Designer to join our team in London on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As a Senior Designer, you will create exciting and engaging concepts and campaigns that deliver compelling user journeys for a range of clients.
Developing new and forward-thinking ideas, you will take projects from initial concept through to completion with the aim of exciting and surprising audiences.
Every project will begin with answering client and internal creative briefs before generating creative ideas and design concepts and ending with exceptionally well finished design work.
You will also mentor Junior Designers, educating and providing advice on their work, creative ideas and designs.
**About You**
To be considered as a Senior Designer, you will need:

- A minimum of six years’ experience as a designer
- The ability to produce innovative idea-based concept work
- The ability to deliver campaign ideas, incorporating evolving technologies and user experiences
- Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Sound technical knowledge across all print production and digital channels
- To be a creative thinker who can bring new ideas
- An impressive portfolio of work
