**Job Role: Manufacturing Operative
Location: Roman Way, Coleshill, Birmingham B46

**Salary**: £18,575.94 per annum**

**Contract: Initial 3 months temp, may become perm after 3 months,**

**Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.**

Based in Coleshill and other UK locations but with a global marketplace Trakm8 is well placed to take advantage of current market opportunities. Increased fuelcosts, reduction in operating costs and numerous employment laws such as Duty of Care are all driving increased interest in our products and services. As such we now have an opening for a Manufacturing Operative who has experience in Electronics Assembly,to join our Established factory team here at our Head office in Coleshill.

**Main Responsibilities of the role**:

- Undertake product assembly and ensure that all product disciplines are adhered to, and products are correctly built
- Package products
- Ensure order quantities are met and delivered on time
- Ensure a high level of quality on all goods, produced to relevant standards to include visual inspection
- Correct use of equipment in the work area
- Complete relevant production documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support company initiatives in areas such as quality improvement

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in product assembly - in particular, electronics assembly
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Able to follow departmental procedures in areas such as health & safety and quality.
- Team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Competent user of PC equipment
- Willing to undertake shift work if required
