We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner in north Leeds, to enable our client to become more efficient and improve the client journey.

Both the Director and team see benefit in recruiting an individual who can play an active role in helping to shape the business and bring in new processes to improve efficiencies. This could include the introduction of using a professional back office systemsuch as Intelligent Office.

You will be working closely with the Principal Financial Advisor to ensure the financial planning reviews are undertaken in a timely manner. In addition, due to a backlog of financial planning reviews, there is plenty of new business ready to be actioned.As a Paraplanner, you will undertake the research, analysis and prepare recommendations for the Financial Advisor.

You will be supported by two Administrators who will undertake the client management and processing.

**Paraplanner Requirements**
- You must have experience as a Paraplanner
- Individuals with industry qualifications would be beneficial, but not essential
- Individuals with experience of using Standard Life, Royal London or Prudential would be beneficial

This small independent financial planning based in North Leeds has a close knit, loyal team, consisting of 5 people. They are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner who can help the business become more efficient and effective, thus improving theirservice to clients.

**Paraplanner Benefits**
- Salary of £35,000 - £45,000
- Mainly office based initially whilst implementing new processes, with view to offering more home working (e.g. hybrid) in due course
