**Job Description**:
Our factory gained automation and control experience brings new perspectives to transport infrastructure projects such as the rail and aviation industries. We are currently recruiting for an experienced professional to support our Process Optimisation offering reporting to the Process Optimisation Director.
- You will deliver high value consultancy projects across a broad range of industries and to integrate Lean thinking across all the work that we deliver.
- As a senior member of the Process Optimisation team, you will:

- Support development of the value propositions for Lean and other process optimisation capabilities applied into traditional manufacturing environments but most significantly into newer sectors such as construction.
- Support the development of innovative thought leadership that sets AECOM apart from its competitors.
- Develop a network throughout AECOM to adopt Lean into delivery of their projects and with their clients.

**Qualifications**:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- You will be an experienced, approachable process optimisation leader, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- You will have demonstrable experience in relevant manufacturing/construction/logistics industries.
- You will have experience of working in a consulting capacity and developing stakeholder relationships.
- You will be able to demonstrate a successful background in leading improvement/change projects.
- Experience in leading or managing change programmes with a strong focus on behavioural change and benefits realisation. Experience with the use of change tools and techniques.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Lean/sigma training PM qualifications Management consulting experience or chartership (can be working towards)
