Portafina Investment Management is a specialist financial advisory business focusing on pensions and retirement which looks after over £600m in pension assets for more than 12,500 clients.

Founded in 2017, we deal primarily with clients who want or need to start taking money from the pension benefits they’ve built up over their working lives. We also advise people on switching their existing defined contribution pension savings to benefit from the same low charges, excellent ongoing service, and strong investment performance we manage through our discretionary portfolios.

We don’t get involved in transferring defined benefit pension schemes unless a client is taking retirement benefits, highly charged, complex or unregulated investments, or anything else along those lines. Our focus is on delivering good advice and an excellent service to people who need it.

Based, in Rochester, Kent, we employ over 150 people in a wide variety of roles to help us deliver excellent service to our clients - from entry level with training, development and career progression available through to highly qualified experienced industry professionals - and we’re a great place to work.

As well as a competitive salary, you’ll receive the following benefits:

- Quarterly Brand Ambassador and Values Achievement awards
- 25 days holiday on top of public holidays - plus an extra one on your birthday
