Over this 20-month apprenticeship you will be working towards the Level 3 Advanced Credit Control/Specialist Collections Apprenticeship, which includes the externally accredited CICM Level 3 Diploma. We’ll fund your apprenticeship so your hard-earned qualification will not only be debt-free, but we’ll pay you at the same time. I enjoy the role at AXA as you are always given new opportunities to develop new skills and you can see the impact our team has at AXA.\" Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of your learning pathway, we’re unable to fulfil part-time or flexible work patterns. This apprenticeship is all about maximizing your potential. You’ll be one of a small group of fellow apprentices, working with finance professionals providing you with every opportunity to thrive. If you put in the hard work, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to further your career with AXA, as earlier apprentices on the scheme have all done. This will include the chance to study for more advanced qualifications. **What you’ll be doing**: - Delivery of credit control services. - Meet defined customer service standards and achieve agreed quality and performance targets. - Investigate broker and customer queries on account items, receipts & payments and policy information, pursuing timely resolution with relevant internal teams. - Build and maintain relationships with key people, both internally and externally **Qualifications**: - English and Maths GCSE grade A-C/ level 4-9 or equivalent - Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Experience of working in a fast moving and challenging environment - Experience of working with Microsoft Office To be eligible you must reside or spend 50% of your working time in England, and been a resident in the UK, the British Overseas Territories, or Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for at least the previous three years before the start of the apprenticeship. **What we offer**: One of the best things about joining AXA is our rewards package.
