PE Teacher required to teach Physical Education and Maths to small classes of Key Stage 3 & 4 students with Social Emotional Mental Health needs. Are you a qualified PE Teacher who us happy to teach Maths? This supportive and nurturing SEMH school is lookingto add a proactive and inspirational PE Teacher to the team.
As a PE Teacher at this school you will be teaching PE across Key stages 3 &4 and Maths at Key Stage 3. This role requires a teacher who is confident in their classroom management skills and is an excellent communicator. The school supports circa 40 childrenwith a range of SEMH needs and requires a QTS or QTLS teacher who has taught both Maths and PE. This role is suitable for either a qualified PE or Maths Teacher.
Job Role:

- Teaching GCSE Physical Education and KS3 Maths to small classes
- Effectively managing classroom behaviours
- Planning and preparing engaging and interactive lessons
- Acting as a positive role model for students who have faced academic and social barriers
- Promoting an active lifestyle, healthy eating and self-esteem
- Utilising a range of excellent facilities and resources to deliver PE Lessons
