**Willows Home Care provides exceptional homecare and cares as much for the welfare of its Care Assistants as it does for the clients it supports.**

**We are looking for the right person to join a team of 2 other carers to provide companionship for a lovely client living in Penwortham 3 set evenings a week. Experience caring for people living with dementia is preferred. The hours would be 4pm - 10 pm. There are numerous other shifts available if more hours are required.**

**We offer guaranteed hours and work on set rotas to ensure a good work life balance is achieved. Travel time between clients will not exceed 15 minutes so that you spend the majority of your time with our clients. You are paid for the full length of your shift including the travel time between visits.**

We are looking for full-time and part-time care assistants for house to house visits. Do you have experience professionally or personally for this role? If not, experience isn't necessary due to our thorough induction training and continuous management support.

As our client needs vary considerably and it is important to us that our carers feel confident in their abilities and in their job role, we carefully consider the needs of our clients and the abilities of the carer before assigning the set rota.

We have an exceptional reputation providing care to private clients in their own home. We have an amazing team of care assistants in place and for this reason all of our clients are referred to us on recommendation due to the high quality of care we provide.
