We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team.

Experience in a busy Bar & Brasserie and a good knowledge of wine and cocktails is essential and 2 years Supervisory experience is preferred.

**Key Tasks**
- You will be a key member of the Food & Beverage team, providing guests with a distinctive, warm, professional and intuitive service
- To help support and guide the team and encourage them to support one another
- Preparation of the Bar & Brasserie ahead of service to ensure guest comfort
- Offer expert product knowledge to guests
- Support the Management team in the smooth operation
- 2 Years previous experience in a guest facing role within a 4 or 5* hotel preferred;
- A team player with excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Impeccable attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can-do attitude;
- Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service
- Excellent spoken English and have immaculate presentation skills

- Rate of Pay includes Basic Rate plus Service Charge_

**Salary**: £10.75-£13.00 per hour
