We are looking for Bar Supervisors who will provide support for the bar function for all events, reporting to the Bar Manager.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Effective coordination and motivation of Bar Staff and Bar agency staff before during and after service
- Assist in coordinating all aspects required to prepare and run effective events (including set up of bars, counting floats, managing stock on each event, cleaning, bar service etc) and liaise with others in the business to enable a smooth function
- Ensure that areas of work are left clean and ready for service at the beginning and end of the day
- Have full knowledge of all Bar products and promotions
- Upselling of products and services and inspiring casual associates to drive business sales
- Delivering staff briefings
- Assist the team in carrying out performance reviews for Bar Associates
- Support the Managers in documenting staff absences/lateness
- Ensure compliance with service standards and Health and Safety
- Escalate all issues to the Duty Manager
- Be responsible for bar financial reports at the end of each shift, reporting on revenue, accounts and voids/ refunds.
