**HR Administrator, Flintshire, c£26,000-£30,000, Permanent**

They are currently seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team, offering the opportunity to support a people-first culture within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. You will assist with the full recruitment process, from drafting job adverts to arranging interviews and supporting the onboarding of new employees. The role also involves maintaining accurate employee data in the HR database, generating reports for management, and administering leaver processes. Additionally, you will provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to HR policies.

You are a detail-oriented HR professional with at least one year of experience in a generalist HR administration role. You have a solid understanding of HR systems, data reporting, and the overall employee lifecycle. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential, and experience in a unionised environment or working toward an HR qualification would be a plus.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
