**An exciting opportunity has become available for a committed and enthusiastic individual to work across the Eden Valley as a supervisor based from the Penrith Depot.**
- The role forms part of the management team which is responsible for a diverse Local Authority contract portfolio, which includes street cleansing, building cleaning and public convenience cleaning, waste collection and grounds maintenance service delivery.
- To ensure that the services are carried out in line with the

Council Contract requirements, maintaining Health & Safety and current relevant legislative requirements and ensure full compliance with Urbaser policies and procedures.
- The role is responsible for the street cleansing, building cleaning and public convenience services as well as supporting all other services delivered by the contract, always ensuring the highest possible service standards.
- Managing a team of 20+ employees
- Previous Supervisory experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- 39 hours per week Monday-Friday taking a flexible approach to cover the needs of the service
- £32,000 per annum and the use of a company van for commute and work purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year
