**Essential Qualifications**
- D32/33 OR A1,
- Relevant 3 (or above) occupational qualification
- L2 English & Maths functional skills or GCSE equivalent

Desirable - PTTLS, CTTLS, DTTLS/ AET, CET, DET

**Experience required**

Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering apprenticeships or vocational qualifications

**Job role**

As an Adult Care Tutor Assessor you will be responsible for overseeing the ‘learner journey’ to ensure a high quality learning experience. This is a hybrid-based role where you will have learners across the south east so you must be willing to travel when required to support learners.

Duties will include:

- Managing a caseload of apprentices/learners
- Delivery of high-quality teaching and learning sessions
- Supporting learners with the achievement of their functional skills in English & Maths at level 1 or 2.
- Completion of required documentation in accordance with company & ESFA funding rules.
- Regularly assessing work and providing constructive feedback via the E-portfolio system (Ecordia).
- Supporting apprentices through gateway for end-point assessment
- Mentoring and coaching learners with varying barriers to learning
- Participate in team meetings, standardisation and continuous professional development activities
- Ensure safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion are promoted and monitored continually in all areas of the job role.
