Mobile Security Response Officer

Cole Security Services Ltd is looking to recruit **TWOMobile Response Security Officers**, in and around the Bolton area. The roles are full-time, permanent positions.
You'll be working **an average of 42 hours per week**, on a**4 on/4 off rotation pattern**.
You will be visiting a number of client sites, throughout the night, using a Cole company vehicle. The majority of the sites are waste recycling centres and you will be responsible for ensuring that the site is secure. In addition, the role includes attendingsites when alarms are activated at sites for which Cole holds the keys, as well as conducting visits to other sites at which Cole staff are working, to check on their performance and welfare.
**Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- The prevention of, and dealing with, security incidents.
- The provision of an all-round service which pro-actively maintains the security of a client’s property and premises, and a safe working environment for clients’ employees and visitors/customers.
- The performance of scheduled site patrols, lockings/unlockings and provision of emergency alarm response to premises throughout the region (using our Patrol vehicle).
- Responding to alarm activations as/when dispatched by the Control Room.
- Conducting foot and vehicle patrols on client sites, ensuring they are/remain secure.
- Accurately recording and reporting incidents to the Control Room - on a daily basis.
- The opening-up and/or locking-up of clients’ premises, ensuring alarm systems are set/unset at specific times.
**Key Requirements**
- Strong customer service skills.
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding as a minimum).
- Full, clean, UK Driver’s Licence (Manual).
- A full and traceable, five-year employment history.
