**Position Overview**:
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, providing you with a rewarding and fulfilling experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanour upon arrival.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately.
- Providing recommendations on menu items and beverages, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our offerings.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
